The stories I read to pick recommendations from are mostly new…ish, but also some reprints and older pieces I have overlooked or never talked about before. 

I love stories taking me to weird places, with strong narrative voices, full of fascinating ideas, stories that make me think and stories that make me feel, and most of all stories that manage a glimpse into realms we cannot easily perceive in any other way.
